• 2 cups Health Ranger Select Organic Almonds (as needed to make 1 cup of almond butter) 
• 1/4 tsp. Groovy Bee® Organic Vanilla Bean Powder 
• 1/4 tsp. Health Ranger Select Organic Monk Fruit Extract Powder 
• Sprinkle of Health Ranger Select Pink Himalayan Salt (Fine Ground) 
• 1/2 cup organic chocolate chips 
• 1 tsp. baking powder 
• 2 large organic eggs 

1.  In a food processor. blend the raw almonds for 10 minutes to make almond butter. Occasionally stop the food processor and scrape the sides a few times throughout.
2. In a medium bowl. combine the almond butter with rest of the ingredients. Mix Well.
3. Place the mixture in an 8×10 pan and spread it out evenly. Top with remaining chocolate chips and sprinkle some pink Himalayan salt. to taste.
4. Bake the mixture for 20-25 minutes at 350F. 
5. Cut your Almond Butter Blondies into squares and enjoy!
