• 2 cups organic heavy cream
• ½ cup organic whole milk
• ½ cup organic granulated sugar
• 1 ½ tsp. of Groovy Bee® Organic Vanilla Bean Powder
• 2 ¼ tsp. of unflavored gelatin
• 3 Tbsp. cold water

1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Allow it to bloom for a few minutes.
2. In a saucepan. combine heavy cream. milk. sugar and vanilla bean powder. Heat the mixture over medium heat and stir occasionally until it simmers.
3. Remove the cream mixture from the heat and let it steep for at least 15 minutes. Whisk in the fully bloomed gelatin powder until it’s dissolved.
4. Strain the cream and gelatin mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any undissolved gelatin. Pour into ramekins or serving glasses.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until it’s set. Serve and enjoy!
